The Soul

A Few Words

In this humble poem, it has been tried to figure out what our life force feels like. It has been termed as 'the soul'. We can be as free as the birds with our life force. Well, without any kind of elaboration, I would like you all to go through the poem right away. I hope that you all will like it.

The poem---'The Soul'

Such a soul I never knew;

Nothing can be blither;

There’s no peace in me and you;

No hope is there either.

Still, the soul does all amaze,

Whenever we put a glance;

It can lift up every haze,

Setting us free to prance.

I look for words to define

The serenity of the soul;

It lets none undermine

Its purpose and its goal.

Under its rigorous review,

It does assess all;

None is left—me or you;

We must hear the call.

None can ever overlook

Its toughness full of modesty;

Its strictness does all us hook

To edify us about honesty.

How true and serene the soul is!

It, at times, acts too grave;

Buzzing like the honeybees,

It whispers us to be brave.

To live this life to the fullest,

We need to become bold;

Life force, the soul, turns us the coolest,

Yet, never at all cold.
