Worship thoughts from the Old Testament
In the Old Testament of the Holy Bible , we get a number of worship thoughts. Some of them are the followings: 1. We reap what we sow-- As we sow, so shall we reap. This is evident in all the chapters of the Old Testament. For example, in the Book of Genesis , Esau and Isaac were cheated by Jacob. The latter stole the first blessings from their father, Isaac, wearing goat skin. Again, we come to know later on that Jacob was also cheated by his sons. We learn that God pays us in the same coin. 2. Believe in one God-- The Old Testament holds that there is only one God, I AM or Yahweh or Jehovah. We should worship none but Him. 3. Surrender yourself to God-- If we submit to God kneeling down at least once, He can't stay away from us. He is our Eternal Father who loves us most. God created man in His own image.
